LOS CHACAYES:
AN EXOTIC TERROIR
The Vineyards of Corazón Del Sol are located in the center of the Uco Valley at the base of the Andes Mountains. This small region of Argentina is known for growing quality vines and producing the best wines in the country. Within the valley, the vineyards of Corazón del Sol are nestled in the Tunuyán department, in the district of Los Chacayes.
Across our 20 acres we have planted a variety of Rhône and Bordeaux grapes including Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre. Each of our three vineyards are planted on different soil types, which allows us to explore the different textures and complexities imparted by each one. These soils give us low yields, but high flavor concentration.
At 3,600 ft above sea level, the vines enjoy an almost extreme elevation that contributes a beautiful natural acidity to our complex, delicate wines. Rainfall between 250 and 300mm per year allows us to farm organically and results in optimal health in our vineyards.

INEDITO
Inedito is the best barrel of the year. Selected from multiple rounds of tasting and bottled specially, we present the opportunity to taste what our winemaking team decides is the very best of the vintage. We bottle this wine without filtration so that when opened, it contains the same sensory characteristics that we enjoy when tasting straight from the barrel.
‘SINGLE PARCEL’ SERIES
These wines were inspired by studying our vineyards as a whole and as their own unique microclimates. The technical team dedicated themselves to differentiating the soils present in each block.
From this study, the idea arose to show our consumers the personalities of Malbec in Los Chacayes, especially the style of wine that comes from the sandy soil. Inspired by the vineyard plaques identifying the name and technical data of each variety, the label of our Single Parcel Malbecs identify soil characteristics and how they don’t translate into the final product .

‘GRAN RESERVA’ SERIES
Argentina is renowned for its excellent examples of Bordeaux varieties which produce great wines of international prestige. Our own bottlings feature Malbec and Cabernet Franc, along with the queen of red grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, and the elegance of Merlot .
MAGMA
Influenced by the great wines of Right Bank Bordeaux, Magma is an Estate Bordeaux blend that tells the story of one of Mendoza’s most exciting subzones (Los Chacayes IG). It delivers a unique high-elevation personality amplified by the intense solar exposure of our vineyard site. ‘Magma’ is our most complex wine that combines Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec. Together, they make a beautiful blend for those with traditional palates.

‘LUMINOSO’ SERIES
RHÔNE VARIETIES
The first vines of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah (clone 174) were planted to Dr. Revana’s vineyard in 2008. Today, the majority of the Grenache and Mourvedre vines in Uco Valley can be traced to cuttings from the Revana Vineyard that have contributed to the historical ‘Luminoso’ GSM.
WHITES & ROSÉ
Up until the 1990’s, white wine varieties in Mendoza were a staple in the region, and were produced more than red varieties. The climate of Mendoza made for an excellent environment to grow white varieties. Our white wines are a homage to the Argentina’s winegrowing history.
The ‘Padma’ Rosé of Grenache was named after the national flower of India, where Dr. Revana spent most of his childhood. Made from 100% Grenache, it expresses a harmonic balance of acidity and flavor.
