Guests arriving in the morning will be transported to the Park Hyatt Mendoza. Guests arriving later in the afternoon will be transferred directly to The Vines of Mendoza Resort to check in, relax, and settle in ahead of our welcome dinner this evening.

2 – 3:30 PM Lunch & Tasting | Huentala Wines
As we leave Mendoza City and head into the Uco Valley, we will stop at Huentala Wines for a relaxed lunch and tasting set among high altitude vineyards with sweeping Andean views.

7:30 PM Welcome Dinner | Siete Fuegos
Our first night begins at Siete Fuegos, the legendary open fire restaurant by Francis Mallmann at The Vines of Mendoza. The Seven Fires experience brings Mallmann’s iconic live fire cooking to life through a multi course feast prepared with flame, embers, clay, and iron.

The wine theme for the evening is Mendoza Meets Bordeaux, pairing Argentina’s bold mountain character with the elegance and structure of Bordeaux.

Breakfast is offered in the restaurant or in Fierro’s private garden, a peaceful oasis in the heart of Palermo Hollywood and the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning before the day begins.

9:00 AM Buenos Aires City Tour | Palermo Hollywood Neighborhood
We will depart by private coach for a guided city tour of Buenos Aires, with stops at key landmarks such as Plaza de Mayo and Puerto Madero, before being dropped off for lunch at Don Julio.

8:00 PM Farewell dinner and Rojo Tango Show | Faena Hotel
On our final night together, we gather at Faena for a truly memorable farewell. The evening features the legendary Inedito Malbec, meaning unpublished, a wine crafted each year from the single best barrel of Malbec in the cellar. Paired with dinner and tango, it becomes a powerful and emotional final toast to our journey through Mendoza and Buenos Aires. 

Friday, February 13
